This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up team rosters, ensuring effective scheduling throughout the month.

  1. If you select the team roster option, you will find a base template of it as shown.

  1. Select the dropdown under 'More' and select either 'Modify Columns' to edit/add columns or 'Modify Rows' to edit/ add rows.

Unlike an On-Call roster, a team roster allows you to modify both rows and columns

  1. You can start creating the rows that you would like to exist on your roster. Input the row names and if necessary, the row group names as well. Once entered, click on 'Update' to reflect your changes on the roster.

  1. Click on 'Edit Columns', delete the sample column that was created, and you can start creating the columns that you would like to exist on your roster. Input the column names and if necessary, the column group names as well. Once entered, click on 'Update' to reflect your changes on the roster.
