Set up team rosters to ensure effective scheduling throughout the month.

Team Roster Setup

Upon selecting the team roster option, you will find a base template as shown.

Unlike an On-Call roster, a team roster allows you to modify both rows and columns:

Edit / Add Columns

Columns are typically used to represent Roles.

Step 1: Modify Columns

Select the dropdown under 'More' and select 'Modify Columns' to edit/add columns.

Step 2: Add Column Names (and Column Groups)

  1. On the pop-up, there are two fields for you to fill:

    1. Column Names: Allows you to name your column according to roles, sessions or other categories. Doctors assigned under this column will correspond to the role.

    2. Column Groups (Optional): Allows you to group the columns together. Columns under the same column groups will be grouped together.

  1. Add the column name in the first column and click 'Add Column' if needed.

  2. Click 'Save.'

Edit / Add Rows

Rows are typically used to represent Teams.

Step 1: Modify Rows

Select the dropdown under 'More' and select 'Modify Rows' to edit/add columns.

Step 2: Add Row Names (and Row Groups)

  1. On the pop-up, there are two fields for you to fill:

    1. Row Names: Allows you to name your row according to team names.

    2. Row Groups (Optional): Allows you to group your rows together. Rows under the same row groups will be grouped together.

  1. Add the row name in the first column and click 'Add Row' if needed.

Renaming your columns / rows

  • Do note that columns / rows cannot be deleted, you can only rename them after creation.

  • Once you rename them, any references to the rosters in other pages will also be updated (i.e, Routing Rules and Broadcast Message)
