👩👩👧Setting up Team Rosters
Set up team rosters to ensure effective scheduling throughout the month.
Note that only the 'Roster Manager' or the 'Superuser' role can make any changes to the template of the roster (e.g creating, deleting or renaming columns). Refer to Types of User Roles:for more information on roles.
Team Roster Setup
Upon selecting the team roster option, you will find a base template as shown.

Unlike an On-Call roster, a team roster allows you to modify both rows and columns:
Renaming your columns / rows
Do note that columns / rows cannot be deleted for team rosters, you can only rename them after creation.
Once you rename them, any references to the rosters in other pages will also be updated (i.e, Routing Rules and Broadcast Message)
