Merging multiple panel test results into a single SMS

When lab results meet the following conditions, they will be merged into a single SMS:

1. This feature applies specifically to Lab results (e.g., Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology) that are reported within 5 seconds of each other.

2. It is only applicable to results under the following conditions:

   • Same patient NRIC

   • Same routing data (ordering doctor, attending doctor, specialty, location)

   • Same test accession number

   • Different MSH ID

Rooster delays such panel test results by 5 seconds in order to merge them into a single SMS. This is to avoid triggering multiple messages to the end user (e.g., Clinicians)
