### Accessing Rooster

#### Method 1: Access Rooster directly from your browser&#x20;

1. Type <https://rooster.gov.sg> into your search bar.

#### Method 2: Access Rooster directly from your intranet sharepoint

1. Log in to your institution's sharepoint and click on the hyperlink labeled 'Rooster.'
   1. For NUHS - You can access this information from the NUHS sharepoint
   2. For NHG - You can access this information from the TTSHub&#x20;

### Auto provisioning for user access

If your email has been auto provisioned by your institution, you will be able to access Rooster by simply logging in with your institution email.&#x20;

Should your email address not be auto provisioned, you will need to send an EPAS / ITR request to get access to Rooster.&#x20;

### Troubleshooting access issues on Rooster&#x20;

If you are seeing the error message "Please ask an admin to add you as a user". Kindly send an **EPAS / ITR request** to your **ID Admins** to add you as as a user.
