User Access Management

This page explains how to assign and manage user access, ensuring the right individuals have the appropriate permissions. You will need the 'Account Management' role to use this feature.

By default, all users with the following institutional email domains are added to Rooster as "End User Read-Only":

All NUHS institutions - , mohh.com.sg

TTSH - ttsh.com.sg, nni.com.sg, nsc.com.sg, ncid.sg, mohh.com.sg, singhealth.com.sg

How to manager user role access?

Click on the settings icon and select 'User Management' to add or modify user roles. You can refer to User Roles and Permissions for more information on type of user roles.

Adding a new user

  1. Enter the userโ€™s email and assign the appropriate roles. Click 'Create' to successfully create your new role.

Editing a user's role

  1. Click on the three dots to edit your user role. Select 'Edit User' from the pop-up window and modify the userโ€™s role as needed. Click 'Update' to save changes.

Disabling a user

  1. Click on 'Disable User'. A pop up will appear to confirm if you would like to disable your user. Click on 'Disable' to confirm your action.

  2. If needed, you can re-enable the user later.

Identifying users who have not logged in

If a userโ€™s name appears as their email address in the user list, it means they have not logged in to Rooster yet. These users have already been granted access but must sign in at least once for their profile details to be fully registered and their correct names to be updated.

How to find out your user role?

Click on the dropdown icon next to your user role to view your user role. You should be able to see your user role as highlighted in the red box below.

Click on 'Add New User' to add a new user onto Rooster. You can find further details on the permissions of various user roles .
