This section will guide you on how to create, and manage view critical result filters for the management of critical results.

What are Result Filters?

Result filters can be configured to determine whether a result is critical or not. Result filter determines criticality of results based on specialty and location of critical result.

How to create a new Result Filter?

  1. Navigate to 'Clinical' and click on 'Result Filters' from the dropdown

  1. Click on '+ Create New Filter'

There should be a pop-up that will appear. Fill up the fields as per your requirements.

  1. Lab type : You can select from Biochemistry, ECG, Haematology, Microbiology or Radiology

  2. Test name (Test code) : You can select the relevant test name here

  3. Locations: This should be the patient's location where your filter will apply to

  4. SMS template: This section allows you to configure the SMS message sent to end users (e.g., physicians). Copy and paste the valid variables you want to include in the message.

    • Below you can see a template of the SMS sent to physicians which is configured by the SMS template field

Configuring ECG filters will have less fields required to be filled up

How can I disable my current Result Filter ?

If your result filter is no longer of use, you can click on the the three dots as shown below and select 'Disable Result Filter.'
