This guide provides a view of all the critical test result.

Key Features :

1. View Only:

   • The Critical Results section is strictly view-only. You cannot modify or edit any information displayed here. The results on the page should refresh every 15 seconds

2. Filters and sorting:

   • User can filter by

     • Lab type : Biochemistry, ECG, Haematology, Microbiology or Radiology

     • Filter Results by Outstanding only , Outstanding and Escalating or All

     • Sort by earliest or latest results first

Understanding the Results on the interface:

• Accession Number: This is a unique identifier assigned to each test result. Use this number to reference specific tests.

• Location: Indicates the location where the test was performed.

• Lab Type: Specifies the type of laboratory that conducted the test (e.g., Radiology, Pathology).

• Status:

  • Not Picked Up: Indicates that the result has not yet been acknowledged.

  • In Progress: Indicates that action on the result is currently ongoing.

  • Acknowledged : Indicates that the result has already been acknowledged

  • Closed : Indicates results which had been addressed to or cancelled after sending them off
