Rooster sends critical result and broadcast messages from the following numbers:
NHG Production: 75126
NHG UAT (Testing): +65 83184450
NUHS Production: 70140
NUHS UAT (Testing): +65 83382549
You will receive an SMS containing critical test result details, including the Accession Number and Patient Information.
Reply "1" โ You acknowledge the result and confirm that it belongs to your patient.
Reply "2" โ You acknowledge the result, but it does not belong to your patient.
Reply "3" โ The result does not belong to your patient, and you are not acknowledging the notification. We will then escalate it to the next level in the escalation process.
Any other or no response โ The system will log it as an unacknowledged result. We will then escalate it to the next level in the escalation process.
Replies are mapped sequentially to messages received in the last hour. For example:
Your first reply will correspond to the first SMS you received.
Your second reply will correspond to the second SMS, and so on.
To confirm which message you replied to, compare the Accession Number in your reply with the original critical message received.
You have 1 hour from when the message is triggered to acknowledge a critical result.
