This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up on-call rosters, ensuring effective scheduling throughout the month.

  1. If you had selected the on-call roster option, you will find a base template of it as shown.

  1. Select the dropdown under 'More' and select 'Modify Columns' to edit/add columns.

  1. You will then see a pop-up to add / edit columns. Add the column name in the first column and select the 'Add Column' button in blue if you need to add more columns.

You can rename your columns in the future if needed
  1. Input the column names and if necessary, the column group names as well. Once entered, click on 'Save' to reflect your changes on the roster.

  • In this example, Cardiothoracic Surgery is the overall grouping for the columns like β€œMO Day Float 8 am-8 pm”, and should be created as the column group name on the right.

  1. If needed, you can add Roster notes on the column level for any additional information for viewers.
