Step 1: Receive broadcasts

Once a broadcast is triggered, you'll receive a broadcast message.

Step 2: Send a reply

1. Reply accordingly to the message. Following the example in the screenshot below, users are required to reply 'Ack'

2. A message will be sent confirming your reply.
