Follow the troubleshooting steps as follows:

### **1. Confirm Device Connectivity**

Make sure your device is properly set up to send and receive messages from other contacts.

### 2. For Android Users:

**Step 1**: **Check Messaging App Permissions**

* Go to **Settings** > **App Manager** > **All Apps** > **Messenger** (or your primary messaging app).
* Navigate to **Permissions** > **Premium SMS** and select **Always allow**.
* If you see three options (Ask, Never Allow, Always Allow), select **Always Allow**.

**Step 2**: **Identify Third-Party Interference**

* Ensure that no third-party apps, such as additional messaging apps or spam filters, are preventing message delivery.

**Step 3**: **Check for Blocked Contacts**

* Open the **Phone app** on Android.
* Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the upper-right corner, then go to **Settings**.
* Select **Blocked numbers** and check that necessary contacts are not blocked.
